Architectural gem at Grawa Wasserfall

Grawa_waterfall

Hey everyone!

Here’s just a short article from our last stop in Italy. On our way home, me and Kuba stopped by Stubaital near Sölden. This place is famous not only for great skiing but also for summer hiking and exploring the Grawa Wasserfall. This waterfall got our attention much less than the beautiful wooden viewpoint that was installed just a few months ago, so it’s brand new! I searched Google and didn’t find a single picture, so I hope to be the first to write about it, haha :))

Given that it was the end of April, the falls were still partly covered with snow, and therefore there wasn’t much of water flowing. At this time of the year, the Stubai Glacier is still used for skiing, so we (wearing T-shirts!) were passing skiers in jackets. If it weren’t for the awesome architecture piece, this waterfall was definitely not worth the hour of a detour.
