Overknees

Hey everyone!

So this week has been one of the most challenging in the last few months. Many things happened to me, that changed my life. Some in a good and some in a bad way.

At the beginning of the week I had a car accident, and my car is completely ruined. Someone didn’t see me in the mirrors and hit me from the side and even though it was not my fault, my beloved Focus will never work again 🙁 Yeah, he was an old man, but I was emotionally attached to it. It was actually my first car that I bought for my own money. I didn’t get it from my parents. At that time it was about 40,000 CZK and for me, it was a lot of money. I liked it so much, that anyone who said a bad word about it, got hit by me. The worst thing about it is that I had it repaired about two weeks ago, since the gearshift got broken. Well, I’m now looking for a new car, but none will ever be as good as my 16-year-old Focus. RIP 🙁 Hahaha!:)

About three days ago, I finally bought a new camera, since I drowned mine in Venice. Hoping that I would avoid those questions such as “what camera do you use?”, maybe someone will read this article and wouldn’t have to ask in the first place.

So, I bought a Canon 80D and the same lens as I had before – Canon 50 mm f1.4. It’s the same class as my previous camera (Canon 70D), only a few years newer. I didn’t want to switch to full-frame, because I’ve got about five lenses, and I would have to sell all of those and buy new ones, since the threads are different.

Anyways, school is getting serious as well. I don’t have time to go there at all, because I’m leading all the morning trainings and one afternoon training. If you wanted to have a workout with me, just come to Energym! More info about my circuit trainings HERE! 🙂

The end of the week shouldn’t be so crazy anymore, but even though it’s a public holiday on Thursday, I’m working from the morning to the evening, haha:) On Saturday, I’m shooting another episode of MM and perhaps there will be time to just chill for a while. God, how I’m looking forward to it!

And what about you? What are your plans for a national holiday? You have a day off, or maybe you work? 🙂
Originally, I was supposed to go to the High Tatras with my friend, where we wanted to climb (yet unconquered) Krivan, but a few days ago someone died there, because of strong wind and snow, so we cancelled it. I love adrenaline, but I’m not suicidal! Haha:)

Oh, and concerning my outfit, I was looking for this kind of jacket maybe for a year and it has never been the right one. Until now. I found this one in Zara! Also, I wanted to try over-knee boots for a long time, but didn’t have the guts to bey them, so these over-knee socks & heels are kind of a test, if they wouldn’t look bad on me, since I don’t have the body of a model, haha:)

And what about you guys? What are your plans for the national holiday? You have a day off, or you’re working? 🙂

E.
