Playing tennis after a long time

Hey everyoneeeee!

So let’s see how many of my readers play tennis?

Personally, I have a very positive relationship with tennis because it’s the only sport I’ve been practicing since my childhood. I played for about 12 years and my tennis career ended when I came back from the States. It ended in the best, because I improved a lot in the US, but after my return, there was simply no time & opportunity.

On American high schools they care about sport a lot, so I played tennis for 4 hours a day, 5 times a week. No fun at those Texan 40 degrees (105°F) hahaha 🙂

Well, because I wanted to brush up my rackets, I went with Vojta to my favorite Sokolovna in Průhonice, where they just opened the outdoor courts. It took me a while before I really got into it, but I enjoyed it so much, that I want to start playing again!

I’ve always played on clay, but it always drove me crazy, how it got everywhere, so I started picking artificial courts, which are so much better! And actually that’s what they have in Sokolovna, so if you’re sick & tired of clay too, then try it right here!:)

After the morning match, we went to their restaurant for lunch, which was more than excellent! I really really like their restaurant, because it always surprises me. In a good way of course!

And what about you guys? What sports did you do when you were little? 🙂
Have a wonderful Tuesday everyone!
E.
