Hey guys!
So I’m back from Israel and Austria! I came back from Israel on Sunday, I only took a shower at home and repacked from a suitcase to a backpack, and went to the mountains, where I did some training for Mt Blanc. I got back from Austria on Tuesday night at 8PM so I had time to pull out a workout. I didn’t even unpack, just grabbed my gymbag and got going. But! During my workout, I managed to pinch a muscle on my back so I can’t turn around at all. Moreover, perhaps because of the temperature difference, I woke up the next morning sick AF. No wonder, there was 50°C in the desert and about 60 less degrees in the mountains. Yesterday’s Raffaello event and a few glasses of champagne certainly didn’t help either.
So guys, have a great rest of the week, I’m going to keep crying like a little baby, because of my painful throat. I have’t been this sick for about five years, so I’ve probably forgotten what it’s like.
